1) What does it mean to adapt to climate variability? (Please illustrate your answer with an example from your experience.) And what is the difference between adapting to climate variability and to climate change?

2) What tools, methods, insights, and/or capacity have you developed for helping governments, businesses, and/or communities reduce negative impacts and take advantage of opportunities associated with climate variability?
